In addition to Conventional Condo financing, we offer programs that cover even the most unique situations, such as:
- Jumbo Loans, which cover purchases of up to $600,000 for 5% down, $1.5 million for 10% down, or $2.25 million for 20% down.
- Non-Warrantable Condo Loans, a great option if your dream condo is located in a non-warrantable project, making financing more difficult. With this program, you can purchase a condo with a low down payment (just 5%) and lock in low rates for 15 or 30 years.
- Condotel Loans cover hybrid luxury hotels that sell some units as condos. This program offers loans from $100,000 to $1 million amortized from 5 to 30 years. Foreign nationals are eligible for this program.
